Additionally, we have focused on the current health crisis, and how we can help ourselves stay fit, stay healthy and stay calm during this period.
1.FOR OUR STUDENTS
School, studying, friendships and relationships…they can be exciting, fun, overwhelming and stressful. It is extremely important to take care of yourself, not just physically through healthy eating, exercising and sleeping well but also from a social and emotional perspective.
