REGENT’S WELLBEING ZONE
At Regent, we believe that a combination of a healthy body and a healthy mind leads to a healthy life.
Wellbeing is achieved when you take care of all the different areas of living, from the way you eat, move, sleep to the thoughts and feelings that you experience. On our wellbeing page you will find articles, guided practices and information on many different topics that will help you on your own wellness journey.
In addition, we’ve specially focused on the current health crisis, and how we can help ourselves stay fit, stay healthy and stay calm during this period.
School, studying, friendships and relationships…..they can be exciting, fun, overwhelming and stressful.
It is extremely important to take care of yourself, not just from a physical point of view, it is necessary to make sure you eat healthy, exercise and have restful sleep, but it is as important to make sure you take care of yourself from a social and emotional perspective.

All the recent changes in routine and reduced contact with friends and family can be an incredibly confusing time for children and adults alike. We hope to be a resource for all of you as we navigate these waters together. In doing so we would like to reflect on some important character strengths that we can use to support the wellbeing of our children and young people during this time.

The quality of the curriculum provided by the school is outstanding.
It is broad and balanced, and enriched by a wide range of extracurricular activities. A thematic approach is used across the school to develop learning through connections across subjects, context and the pupils’ passions.
Very strong curriculum with rich learning opportunities
that has an impact on the child's progress.
My role model is Elon Musk and to become a tech entrepreneur.
Regent has given me the skills and confidence to get there. In a variety of STEAM & Project-based Learning projects, I have worked with classmates learning to code in Python and Java, build robotic vehicles, and construct IoT sensors. We have won multiple competitions in the UAE and abroad for our tech projects and talent. Remember my name because I promise you will hear a lot more about me.
With an amazing senior leadership team and experienced educators,
a Regent education is interactive and collaborative. They truly make school a rich and memorable experience.
My school feels like home.
I love coming to school every day.
Possibilities are infinite at Regent for a child.
There are no limits to let my child’s imagination grow at Regent. He has become extremely ambitious in his thinking and outlook and what he believes he can do, which is great. Children are encouraged to take chances, try anything and not be afraid.
The strong sense of community makes Regent more than just a great place for study.
It’s a great place for families to get to know each other and make new friends. The Regent community spirit is outstanding.
Regent has given my daughter a new start.
This school has encouraged her to gain confidence and to express herself. The teachers are always available to help. My child has blossomed and is so heartening to see her inner wonder come out.
