Positive Education Builds Lifelong Learners and Enables Students, Schools and Communities to Flourish
Research has proven that positive emotions, engagement, purpose, relationships, accomplishments and health are the core building blocks for human wellbeing. Through our Positive Education, (PosEd), philosophy, students develop a love for learning, build deep character strengths and acquire skills for continuous self-growth. We are part of the International Positive Education Network (IPEN). At Regent, PosEd is not an additional subject but the very DNA and culture of our school.

Along with this, children and the faculty are also provided access to the school’s computer network, e-library, softwares and hardwares, and “24/7” internet access to our online Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) – all an integral part of the school’s education programme.
With over 86 nationalities, cultural diversity is one of our greatest assets. Children bring with them their own cultures and interests, and learn about, celebrate and appreciate other cultures with the security of developing their own individuality.
At Regent, our learning spaces encourage students to interact and collaborate. They are provided with purposeful, real life experiences which develop confidence and problem-solving skills.
Our outdoor spaces are designed to promote curiosity, enquiry and investigation, with students having access to various open spaces to explore and take risks.
We promote a love for reading. Our libraries continuously grow and provide a massive range of books to ignite curiosity and a passion for reading and learning. With inviting, comfortable seating, students are encouraged to visit, hang out and browse books in the library.
Our multi-court sport decks and outdoor play grounds promote an enthusiasm and enjoyment for leading an active and healthy lifestyle. They are safe, creative and practical.
Swimming is an essential life skill for every child at Regent. We have a semi-Olympic Pool and Learner’s Pool. Under the professional guidance of our PE Team, students quickly become skilled swimmers at Regent.
Through a range of performances, musical shows and concerts, students have the opportunity to develop and showcase their individual talents and passions. They engage in a variety of Performing Arts activities and clubs, which helps to develop their individual creativity and build upon character strengths.
