Regent's Secondary - quite simply Exceptional
We believe in inspiring minds and building character. Our Secondary School builds on the magic students experience at Regent’s Primary School.
The quality of the curriculum provided by the school is outstanding.
It is broad and balanced, and enriched by a wide range of extracurricular activities. A thematic approach is used across the school to develop learning through connections across subjects, context and the pupils’ passions.
Very strong curriculum with rich learning opportunities
that has an impact on the child's progress.
My role model is Elon Musk and to become a tech entrepreneur.
Regent has given me the skills and confidence to get there. In a variety of STEAM & Project-based Learning projects, I have worked with classmates learning to code in Python and Java, build robotic vehicles, and construct IoT sensors. We have won multiple competitions in the UAE and abroad for our tech projects and talent. Remember my name because I promise you will hear a lot more about me.
With an amazing senior leadership team and experienced educators,
a Regent education is interactive and collaborative. They truly make school a rich and memorable experience.
My school feels like home.
I love coming to school every day.
Possibilities are infinite at Regent for a child.
There are no limits to let my child’s imagination grow at Regent. He has become extremely ambitious in his thinking and outlook and what he believes he can do, which is great. Children are encouraged to take chances, try anything and not be afraid.
The strong sense of community makes Regent more than just a great place for study.
It’s a great place for families to get to know each other and make new friends. The Regent community spirit is outstanding.
Regent has given my daughter a new start.
This school has encouraged her to gain confidence and to express herself. The teachers are always available to help. My child has blossomed and is so heartening to see her inner wonder come out.
Why Secondary at Regent
Our Secondary phase stays true to Regent’s Positive Education (PosEd) ethos, which is based on the development of academic excellence, character, values and wellbeing. The learning at Key Stage 3 (Year 7 to 9) provides a solid foundation to the next stage of a student’s educational journey in Key Stage 4 (Year 10 to 11) of the GCSEs and Sixth Form (Year 12 to 13) of the A-levels.
We have created an inspiring curriculum in Key Stage 3 (Year 7 to 9) where Maths, the Sciences and Technology converge with the Liberal Arts and Humanities to create tomorrow’s leaders and thinkers. Regent is distinguished by a truly cutting-edge and highly innovative secondary curriculum with a strong STEAM and Project-based Learning focus where students explore, research and solve real-world problems. Students learn to think critically and creatively, work collaboratively, and lead empathetically. They develop holistically with our Creative Learning curriculum, Performing Arts and over 60 Sports and Extracurricular activities. In keeping with Regent’s rich heritage and time-tested education, we empower students to develop the confidence and skills to think big, be bold, and dare to change the world.
Regent achieved a “Outstanding” by the British School Overseas (BSO) inspection authority and “Very Good” by KHDA. (A closer look at our KHDA inspection results reveals that over the last three years we have made considerable progress and are actually an “Outstanding” school by KHDA rating standards). Our goal is to offer the best education to children as well as Regent’s PosEd magic that our children and parents love so much.
Regent’s Secondary provides a pathway to the GCSEs in Year 10 and 11 and plans for the A Levels in Year 12 and 13.
