Wide variety of specialised After School Activities
Our ASAs are known for their structured and varied programmes onsite or off-site throughout the year that are run by qualified Instructors. Basketball, Ballet, Gymnastics, Football, Martial Arts, Tennis and Swimming are all conducted in secure and safe environments, under adult supervision. These programmes are independent and separate from the school’s curriculum and the school’s extra-curricular activities (“ECAs”) programme which the school runs during school hours in the school’s academic year. The ASA programmes are governed by the 3rd Party service provider’s rules, regulations and policies. The school is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for these programmes run by 3rd Party Service Providers on its premises. Parents and the ASA 3rd party provider assume their own liabilities when dealing with each other.
ASAs run from 4:00pm onward daily throughout the school year and are open to Regent, non-Regent students and adults. The school offers its premises to reputed independent 3rd Party Service Providers which run optional paid after school hours individual or group activities (“ASAs”), in sports, music and other various subjects during the school year and as camps during holidays. MPAC Sports was founded in Chicago Illinois in 2002. The MPAC Sports objective is to develop the infrastructure for sports by promoting the game on the grass roots level through quality instruction and structured competitions. Elite Sports Academy
Elite Football Coaching’s mission is to foster and enhance the physical, mental and emotional development of kids, through the sport of Football across all levels of age and ability.
The sessions offer all players with a range of ability levels the opportunity to participate in an atmosphere geared to learning through fun and engagement, whilst developing knowledge of the tactical and technical side of the game.
The sessions are broken down into 3 sections. The warm up focuses on technical play, dribbling, turns, skills and ball manipulation in which the children will receive a ball each/ball between two. The focus is on mastering the basic techniques, thus providing a platform for further development.
The second part of the session will be broken down over a period of 10-12 weeks across, dribbling, passing and shooting. The players will learn a variety of techniques and skills across the three main components of football, over a period of 3-4 weeks at a time.
The final part of the session will see the players enter into a competitive match in which the players will be asked to develop the skills they learned during the session and incorporate them into a competitive match environment.

Swimming with Elite is great fun and has many health benefits as well as educating swimmers in water safety and working towards becoming successful athletes. With this in mind we have developed a fun filled program that follows the British ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) framework. We also draw on our highly qualified coaches with innovative ideas to help your child become the best swimmer they can possibly be.
Learn to swim:
Our Stages system places students on a journey towards complete proficiency in all strokes (e.g. freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, side stroke, inverted breaststroke) and swimming skills.
The swimmer’s journey through aquatics following the framework will result in the development of a wide range of skills. These skills are pieces of a jigsaw and when put together, they will result in a competent, confident and safe swimmer who has the foundations needed to help them reach their potential in swimming, as well as a skill base that can be developed for a wide range of water-based sports.
Swim squads:
Swim squads are aimed at those Swimmers that have completed the Learn to Swim stages and also want to improve their stroke technique, power & fitness to the standard at which they can Swim competitively and improve their times.
Squad Swimmers train across multiple days in order to accelerate their learning and compete in galas against the very best opposition in Dubai. The lessons delivered have a key focus on stroke refinement, improving fitness / stamina and learning how to prepare the body and mind for competitive events.
