At Regent International School, we believe classes need to stimulate as well as educate. Our school fosters individuality, not conformity. Our teachers encourage exploration and discovery. Students learn in a caring and respectful setting. Upper year students become friends and mentors to the lower year students. And because we limit enrolment in a class, students and teachers get to know each other.
RIS’ students come from over 86 different countries. This cultural diversity is one of the school's greatest assets. Students bring with them their own cultures and interests, and hopes and dreams. World geography and different customs and cultures are all integrated into the curriculum. Students learn about, celebrate and appreciate each other’s culture with the security of developing their own individuality.

At RIS, we impart an all-round quality education through an inspired delivery of the National Curriculum for England and Wales leading to the IGCSE at the end of Years 10 and 11 and the A-Levels at Senior School (Years 12 and 13). Our approach to learning is innovative, enriched, flexible and inquiry-based. Our curriculum model teaches the subject areas of Mathematics, Languages, Science, and the Humanities providing for differentiated learning to suit students’ individual needs. Our curriculum incorporates innovative teaching methodologies, regular assessments and consistent reporting strategies, while constantly recognising and rewarding student achievement.

At RIS, virtues such as courage, honesty, compassion and humility are encouraged. Students get involved in community activities, volunteering, and charitable initiatives. Students also serve each other at snack-time, clean their classrooms and tidy the grounds regularly. They naturally enjoy looking after one another. Students also learn about universal human values through various value-based school activities and our curriculum that focusses on building the foundations of character and integrity.

Positive and productive links between home and school are essential. Parents have a special role at RIS. They are an essential part of our community and we value the contributions and efforts they make to ensure that their children get the very best from school. Parents are encouraged to join “Friends of Regent International School”, (FRIS), a platform that enables parents to participate in their child's education as well as campus life. Parents can volunteer and participate in several FRIS portfolios such as Campus Volunteers; Sports, Field Trips & Recreation Volunteers; School Events (Festivals, Fairs and Cultural Activities) Volunteers; and Professional Consulting Volunteers.
